Cancellation Policy
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure all appointments. This retainer is applied toward your total service balance at the time of your visit. The retainer also serves as the cancellation fee. Any cancellation, reschedule outside the required notice period, or no-show will result in forfeiture of the retainer. This policy does not apply to pre-paid packages or memberships, which follow their own separate terms and conditions.
